Welcome to SEEDS B&B, Mongu- Mulopo Flats! Barotseland, Western Province, Zambia.

We are located on Limulunga Rd. in Malengwa, Mongu just a quick five minute walk north of Liseli Lodge which has a full restaurant and bar should you want to go out for dinner. We can also make you Bahobe (Nshima) for an additional fee or you have full access to our well stocked kitchen.

The Limulunga Palace is approximately 10km north of us and there is a crocodile farm close by should you want to have a visit.

We have a quiet, clean, comfortable two bedroom flat with a double bed in one room and bunk beds in the other and two other private rooms, also with a double bed and bunk beds. We can accomodate 8 people and there are more rooms in the house if you have a larger group.

The proceeds from the rental of these Flats will help to pay for up keep on the Resource Garden, Tree Nursery and allow us to reach more people in more rural areas to provide them with non-GMO fruit and vegetable seeds.

This is our front gate with our first guests Chloe & Luke from Australia. A BIG Thank you for all of your help!

Another BIG Thank you to Pickering Rotary Club for providing funds for the paint, coloured patio chairs and dining room chairs for our guests to have breakfast and the table and chairs will be used to train villagers how to grow the vegetables we send that they are not familiar with. Incidentally the patio chairs cost more than having the wooden dining room chairs made by a local carpenter.

A continental breakfast is included but you may also use the kitchen in the main house or BBQ in front of your flat under the covered porch. We will also cook our favorite local dish ( Nshima- Buhobe in “Lozi”) for you for a reasonable price if you like.
